• Prawn saffron and parmesan risotto in crayfish bisque​
• Slow cooked beef rib, pearl onions and truffle mash with wilted spinach​
• Braised oxtail ravioli with sautéed mushrooms​
• Beef fillet buttered mash, glazed carrots w/ roasted tomato garlic & pan jus ​
• Marinated rack of lamb with a warm roasted pea and mint salad​
• Crispy skinned salmon with truffle spring pea sauce, new potatoes and buttery mushrooms
• Lamb shanks done in a rich tomato ​& rosemary jus on celeriac mash
