Coronavirus COVID-19 is impacting all of us.
As a company our primary concern is to minimize the effect this global crisis will have on our valued customers, our staff and our business partners.
Green Catering & events fully endorses the governments measures to contain COVID-19 and continue best practice guidelines at our Production Facility and workplace.
Our critical control points are based on HACCP principles, with hands on management of a Health and Safety officer.
Ongoing procedures in place:
• All work surfaces and equipment ore washed and sanitized throughout production and at the end and beginning of each shift.
• Hand wash basin, sanitizes dispensers, with wash alarm goes off every 30 minutes.
• Dipping process for ready to eat fruit and vegetables.
• Temperatures of the fridges and freezers are monitored and logged, dials are calibrated and certified.
• Defrosting, cooking and reheating temperatures recorded.
• All delivery vehicles have a 70% alcohol-based sanitize,. It is compulsory for drivers tc apply and re-apply before and after every delivery.
For Green Catering & events its business as usual.
We have implemented a duty shift for our Event Team to work remotely with fast and efficient communication. All meetings will be done via our online meeting platform.
Early confirmation is paramount in order to plan our production team effectively.
